YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSBILITIES
Set Key Account sales plan according to company’s direction and customer’s needs.
根據(jù)公司方向和客戶需求制定重點客戶銷售計劃。
Build up ong term business partnership with LKA/NKA branch to achieve sustainable growth. 與LKA/NKA分公司建立長期商業(yè)合作伙伴關(guān)系,實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展
Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of each regional Key Account to achieve established sales / O2O listing/ product availability target. 規(guī)劃、指導(dǎo)并監(jiān)控各區(qū)域重點客戶的活動,以達(dá)成既定的銷售/線上與線下融合銷售/產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)目標(biāo)
Daily Monitor LKA / RKA data in the data platform and make sure of customer performance meet the target and explore business opportunities in related cities, re-allocate resources to improve overall results and ROI. 每日監(jiān)控數(shù)據(jù)平臺中的LKA/RKA數(shù)據(jù),確??蛻魳I(yè)績達(dá)標(biāo),并在相關(guān)城市探索商機(jī),重新配置資源以提升整體業(yè)績和投資回報率
Develop annual business plan, negotiate annual target and conduct regular business review with LKA/RKA. 制定年度業(yè)務(wù)計劃,協(xié)商年度目標(biāo),并與LKA/RKA定期開展業(yè)務(wù)復(fù)盤
6, Visit Top stores and conduct pharmacist product training to improve in store performance. 走訪重點門店并開展藥師產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn),提升店內(nèi)業(yè)績表現(xiàn)
Key Working Relation: Internal: Retail Sales team, Trade Marketing, Business Operation 內(nèi)部銷售同事,市場部同事,商務(wù)同事 External: Key retailer and drugstore keepers 外部重點零售商和藥店各類人員
WHO YOU ARE
Education level: higher than college degree 大專以上文化程度
Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving problems 良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力, 口頭和書面表達(dá)能力,溝通能力,解決問題能力。
Being integrity and positive 為人正直,積極向上。
Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry 在OTC行業(yè)或者跨國零售 業(yè)的快消行業(yè)的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
Retail Rep (junior): No working experience required, but medical/ clinic education background is preferred. 無需工作經(jīng)歷,醫(yī)療教育背景優(yōu)先。
Sr. Retail Rep: At least 3 years in retails sales function 至少三年零售銷售經(jīng)驗
Retail Sales Specialist: At least 4 years in retails sales function 至少 四年零售銷售經(jīng)驗
