The mission of Office Automation specialist is to play a key role for developing an enterprise OA digital solution. Implementation and applying the OA Platform to meet business development requirements, contribute to efficiency, automation and reach the digitalization.Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Cooperate with business department and other functions, support the implementation and delivery management of OA platform; Responsible for OA related requirement communication and transformation; Design the system flow and technical solution; Independently completed portal configuration, process configuration (Include form, flow chart), report development, and some integrated development;· Work with external suppliers, support OA platform demand expansion, continuous system maintenance work and second development requirements. Test system function, record and follow up optimization points;· Responsible for the operation and change management of OA platform, solve the system problems from end users, summarize and continuously optimize the system. For cross-system problems, support is provided from the OA side· Write training documents and user manuals, provide user training and complete process documentation filing work;· Cooperate with Global IT security team, network team and WAF team to review OA and other local applications and data warehouse which are in line with company IT security policy.· Other digital transformation, process management, process optimization project related supportEducationWith a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a major university, preferably Information Technology, or have had similar competence through working experience.ExperienceAt least 1 year OA system development or implementation experienceKnowledge· Familiar with OA system: Weaver e-cology (preferred), Zhiyuan, Lanling, etc.· Good knowledge and ability of SQL server/MySQL database operation and maintenance· Familiar with Java, JS language and procedure, experience in code development and interface technology is preferred· Experience in interface with SAP HANA ,E-chop(Qi yue suo), HR systems is a plus· Familiar with IT security is a plusSkills· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio· Good presentation and communication skills, able to write clear and standardized documents.
